1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of credit law training data products ("Products") sold by Swarm & Bee ("S&B", "we", "us") through creditsniper.xyz. By purchasing any Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

CreditSniper Products consist of CoVe-verified question-answer pairs covering consumer credit law topics including FCRA violations, FDCPA violations, dispute letter templates, debt validation, bureau response analysis, credit report audits, and litigation drafts. All Products are delivered as downloadable JSONL files in ZIP archives.

3. Not Legal Advice

CreditSniper Products are AI training data for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, and purchasing or using them does not create an attorney-client relationship. You should always consult a licensed consumer rights attorney before taking any legal action. S&B is not a law firm and does not practice law.

4. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the purchased Products for:

Fine-tuning and training machine learning models
Internal research and analysis
Building commercial products powered by models trained on the data

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the raw data files
Share download links or data with third parties
Use the data to build a competing training data product
Represent the data as original legal advice to consumers

5. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Upon successful payment, your download link is available immediately. Download links are tied to your Stripe session and available for 24 hours. For subscription products, access renews monthly or annually as applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after download. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us at build@swarmandbee.com within 48 hours.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

While all platinum-tier data undergoes Chain-of-Verification (CoVe) with 235B parameter verification, we do not guarantee that every legal citation, procedural timeline, or damages analysis is current or applicable to your jurisdiction. Laws change. Regulations are amended. Always verify against current statutes.

8. Intellectual Property

All Products remain the intellectual property of S&B. The license granted does not transfer ownership. "CreditSniper" and "Swarm & Bee" are trademarks of S&B.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S&B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products, including but not limited to damages from reliance on data accuracy, lost profits, or legal outcomes.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
